Meet Our Founder, Jeremy Howard

A native of Upstate New York, Jeremy Howard has worked in his father’s residential remodeling construction business since the age of 14. He spent years learning the skilled trade and managing rental properties.

Career Beginnings

After graduating from the University of Buffalo in 2005, Jeremy relocated to Palm Beach as a commercial insurance advisor, focusing on commercial properties and South Florida businesses.

Real Estate Expertise

Jeremy’s passion for real estate motivated him to become licensed in 2010, and since then, he has specialized in commercial and residential sales. His background in insurance and property management provides him with a unique skill set apart from the competition. Jeremy and his team specialize in helping buyers and sellers with vacant land and development, retail and industrial investments, as well as new home construction and luxury residential, intracoastal, oceanfront, and golf club properties.

A Florida native and a Treasure Coast legend, Rick has grown up on the water. After retiring from MLB after 16 years, Rick has adopted the phrase, “Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life,” as the guiding motto for his next chapter as the skipper of INLET Yachts.

Over the past 12 years, Jeremy has been actively involved in the community through various non-profits and organizations, including:

  • The First Tee of the Palm Beaches
  • Toastmasters International
  • Southeast Florida Apartment Association
  • International Council of Shopping Centers

Outside the office, Jeremy spends his time enjoying an active lifestyle, training for triathlons and CrossFit, as well as golfing, boating, fishing, and free diving. Jeremy also enjoys mentoring his little brother, Blake, through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Foundation.
